Laura Williams, CPA
Managing Partner
Laura is a former Partner and Vice President of Accounting for RTM Restaurant Group, which operated more than 800 fast food outlets. She understands what it takes to grow a restaurant and the accounting infrastructure that is required. Laura has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.
Amanda Smith
Director Of Communication & Marketing
Amanda oversees and directs communication and marketing, and provides a point of contact and a link between clients and the firm. She joined our firm 2003 and has over 25 years office management, marketing and client support experience. Amanda holds a BBA in English from Georgia State University.
Lisa Thorner
Staff Accountant
Lisa is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BS in Business Administration, Accounting. An Accounts Receivable Manager for over 14 years, she moved to Georgia in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2017. She currently provides ongoing daily client accounting and support.
Ed Williams, CPA
Managing Partner
Ed has served as CFO for various companies in multiple industies including restaurant, airline, technology and real estate. He has assisted many start-up companies in the area of acquisition, business planning, tax preparation and finance and has a great passion for assisting entrepreneurs in achieving success. Ed holds a BBA in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.
Tina Sujirapanya
Staff Accountant
Tina is an honors graduate of Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a Master of Professional Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting. She joined our firm in 2018 and currently provides ongoing daily client accounting and support.

Lauren Powers
Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
Lauren studied Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship at Georgia Southern University. Her career path has taken her from Retail to Non-Profit Management with experience in Finance, Insurance and Administration. Lauren joined our firm in 2018 and provides support to staff and clients in all aspects of daily accounting and office management.
