Laura is a former Partner and Vice President of Accounting for RTM Restaurant Group, which operated more than 800 fast food outlets. She understands what it takes to grow a restaurant and the accounting infrastructure that is required. Laura has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.
Ed Williams, CPA
Managing Partner
Ed has served as CFO for various companies in multiple industies including restaurant, airline, technology and real estate. He has assisted many start-up companies in the area of acquisition, business planning, tax preparation and finance and has a great passion for assisting entrepreneurs in achieving success. Ed holds a BBA in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.
